At EMpowered training, we believe your best performances come from more than just miles. We combine personalized run coaching with strength training designed to build durability, power, and confidence, on the road/track and in the gym.

  • Yes! If you start with run-only and later want to add lifting (or vice versa), we can absolutely adjust your plan and billing. Just let us know when you're ready.

  • Yes! We coach athletes training for everything from the mile to the marathon. Even sometimes hybrid athletes, or triathletes!

  • We use FYTT (app, or browser) to deliver your plans. You’ll have access to your schedules, both lifting and running, plus details for each session.

    You do not have to pay a fee to use the app.

  • Absolutely not. We coach athletes of all levels, from beginners to competitive runners, who are excited to show up, work hard, and grow.
