What we Stand for
Created by women who live the lifestyle, and coach with purpose.
We want to coach athletes of all levels to feel confident, capable, and EMpowered through running and lifting.
About the coaches…
Emily Venters- Performance Running Coach
Emily is a professional long-distance runner for Nike, a five-time NCAA All-American, and a lifelong student of the sport. With experience at the highest levels of competition, she brings deep insight into the physical, mental, and emotional demands of endurance training. At EMpowered Coaching, she leads all run programming—supporting athletes with pacing strategy, goal setting, race prep, and long-term development.
Emily earned her bachelor’s degree in Integrative Physiology and is a RCCA Certified Coach. Her coaching style blends science with personal experience—from overcoming injuries to chasing dreams at the highest level.
She creates flexible, personalized training plans tailored to each athlete’s goals and life circumstances. Open communication is central to her approach, ensuring the plan evolves with the person—not just the workouts.
Whether you’re returning from injury, balancing a full-time job, or chasing a PR, Emily is committed to helping you grow with purpose and confidence. She pushes her athletes beyond their comfort zones and celebrates every breakthrough—big or small.
“The best part of coaching isn’t just the result—it’s helping someone realize what they’re truly capable of.”
